EDTR 120 - Child Growth and Development EDTR 120 - Child Growth and Development 3 Credit(s). Is course in which students are the preparatory skills to evaluate the language, cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of young children, birth to 12 years. Instruction focuses on theories of child development, developmental milestones, developmentally appropriate practice, and observation. This course is designed for students who are responsible for the education of young children in early childhood and elementary education settings.
