MNGT 140 - Business Law I MNGT 140 - Business Law I 3 Credit(s). Introduces the legal principles involved in the conduct of businesses. Topics covered include an overview of the source of law, alternative dispute resolution, torts, contracts, criminal law, sales, agency, intellectual property and ethics. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is applied where appropriate. Course every fall, spring and may be during additional sessions.
