Topics include reading music notation in treble, bass, and alto clefs; music vocabulary and terminology; major and minor scales; transposition; harmonization; improvisation; sight-reading; accompanying; and score reading, including lines for transposing instruments. Three hours of practice a week are recommended outside of class. This is the final level of the keyboard development series.
