PUBH 200 - Global Issues in Health and Disease PUBH 200 - Global Issues in Health and Disease 3 Credit(s). Provides an understanding of the many factors affecting global health, including the interconnectedness among social determinants, economic stability, environmental challenges, and nutritional factors contributing to the disparities of health problems and diseases worldwide. Global health problems and solutions are explored and developed as students gain knowledge and skills related to epidemiology, policy, health determinants, culture, poverty, disease, health education and equity, and the delivery of health services at the population and individual level.
