ENGL 1300E — - ELL College Writing (ALP)
This course focuses on the writing process: planning, organizing, developing, drafting, and revising with emphasis on rhetorical and grammatical issues particular to English Language Learners (ELL). Course activities begin with essays and include research documentation assignments. Additionally, students will continue to develop and enhance language fluency through speaking, listening, and reading. The Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) is an opportunity for ELL College Writing students to complete Composition I in the same semester or session. The ALP designation for this course indicates that students are concurrently enrolled in the co-requisite section of ENGL 1010E taught by the same instructor.
