ENGL 1430 — - Creative Writing

This course is an introduction to the craft of writing in its various forms including nonfiction, fiction, poetry and drama. Students produce work in these genres and develop critical objectivity through analysis of their creations as well as those of their classmates and published writers. (Meets English concentration requirement.) Lecture: 3 hours Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1010 or ENGL 1010A
