HMNS 2410 — - Field Experience Seminar III-Child Development^

This course provides a school or community based-placement (as arranged by the instructor) and seminar to assist students in advanced refinement of caregiving and teaching skills and for the delivery of developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment that meets the individual and group needs of children from birth to age eight. This competency-based progression culminates in students' taking an active role within their placement site as they prepare to enter the workforce. Students complete their professional portfolio. Grades of C or better required for Human Services program students. Other: 3 hours Prerequisite(s): HMNS 1010 and HMNS 1210 and HMNS 2100 and HMNS 2120 and HMNS 2310
