MUSC 2720 — - Applied Music - Music Composition
This course provides students the opportunity to study music composition on an individual basis with a private instructor. Students pursue either jazz or classical styles beginning with melodic organization, through various tonal concepts, including counterpoint, harmonization, form and instrumentation. Semester projects are presented in written score and performance. Other: 1 hour Prerequisite(s): (MUSC 2700 or MUSC 2070) and MUSC 1140
