This course offers students an understanding of the significant dynamics of human development, with emphasis on the normal rather than abnormal. Levels or stages of development covered include prenatal, infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age. The earlier, more formative years receive special consideration because of their importance to later development.
