RHAB 1110 — - Kinesiology

This course covers the study of human movement and locomotion by combining human anatomy with aspects of biomechanics, muscle physiology, physical laws of gravity, leverage, and motion. This course deals with specific kinesiological functions of the musculoskeletal system with application to patient-related activities for the physical therapist assistant and the occupational therapy assistant. Note: Restricted to OCTA, PHTA, TMSG and TMSC students. Lecture: 3 hours, Lab: 2 hours Prerequisite(s): (BIOL 1070 or BIOL 1010) or (BIOL 2201 and BIOL 2202) Renal Dialysis (RENL)
