ROTC 1020 — - Introduction to Tactical Leadership with Lab
Overviews basic leadership fundamentals such as setting direction, problem-solving, listening, presenting briefs, providing feedback, and using effective writing skills. Cadets explore dimensions of leadership attributes and core leader competencies in the context of practical, hands-on, and interactive exercises. Cadet role models and the building of stronger relationships among the Cadets are critical aspects of the ROTC program. ROTC courses are conducted at Providence College.
