BUS 2010 - Concepts of Project Management BUS 2010 - Concepts of Project Management This course provides a comprehensive overview of project management focusing on developing skills needed for working within a project team. Students will examine the stages of a project in chronological order and learn how they interrelate. Topics include roles of the manager and management team, project organization and planning process, and communications and negotiations. Students manage a project and apply concepts of project management by identifying requirements, addressing the needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders, and balancing project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
