Semester Every Other Spring - Odd Biotechnology Laboratory Techniques (SL) topics include cell culture, microbiology, DNA structure and analysis, bacterial transformation, plasmid purification, PCR, protein structure and analysis, immunological applications, and research foundations. These techniques and applications are discussed while applying them to research, agriculture, plants, animals, food science, humans and health, forensics, and the environment.
