Semester pring Only Forensic Tech in Crime Scene Investigation will introduce students to the theory and methods of the collection, preservation, and identification of physical evidence. Emphasis is on the history and development of forensic science, processing the crime scene, and the introduction to various items of physical evidence, including firearms, identification of ballistics, document examination, fingerprints, properties of glass and soil, and dangerous drugs. Prerequisite(s): CRJ 101
