CRJ205 — Principles of Criminal Law
Semester all Only Principles of Criminal Law will introduce students to the general legal principles of American criminal law. This course will survey the historical development of criminal law, the elements of crime under the common law, and the fundamental theories of criminal responsibility. Prerequisite(s): CRJ 101
