Healthful Living I investigates the concept of total wellness and the consequences of behavior. By defining wellness techniques and identifying risk factors, students will be able to attain their optimal level of health. The course will explore pertinent aspects of the composition of health, stress management, human sexuality, disease prevention, addictive substances, nutrition, weight control, contraception and the life cycle.
