MAT240 — Introduction to Linear Algebra (M)

Semester all Only Introduction to Linear Algebra introduces the basic concepts of linear algebra: vector spaces, applications to line and plane geometry, linear equations and matrices, similar matrices, linear transformations, eigenvalues, determinants, and quadratic forms. A computer algebra system will be used. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in MAT 202 or permission of the Math Department Chair
