Students will practice removal, disassembly, and repair of assemblies and sub-assemblies. This practice includes pumps, converters, gear train, shafts, bushings, case friction, and reaction units. Shift control of both automatic as well as automated manual transmissions will be discussed. Diagnosis and repair of clutch, transmission, transaxle, drive shaft, ring/pinion, axle shaft, differential case, and four-wheel drive components will also be addressed. completion of AUT 1 52.
