COM 103 — Storytelling
(3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop) 3 Hrs./Wk. (3 Hrs. Lecture) *1 5 wks. This course teaches students the art of storytelling as communicative practice. Students plan, rehearse, and perform stories live in front of the class. These stories will be centered on communicating our identities, culture, and life experiences. Students learn to listen ethically and create meaning with each other as audience members. Each storytelling experience will allow students to reflect on story-sharing and performance.
