CPT 224 — Aspects of Game Design
(3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop) 3 Hrs./Wk. (3 Hrs. Lecture) *1 5 wks. This course introduces various aspects of game design to students planning to work as part of management, production, and/or design teams. Various platforms, genres, objectives, rule dynamics, and quality will be explored. Emphasis will be placed on the elements of production including, conception, interface, storyboarding, character development, level of design, and soundtrack.
