CPT 245 — Introduction to Java Programming
(3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop) 3 Hrs./Wk. (3 Hrs. Lecture) *1 5 wks. This is an introductory course in Java programming. Students taking this course will learn how to create programs using the Java programming language. Skills will include writing program code, testing and debugging programming code, and compiling Java programs. Students will learn to create a variety of Java programs. This will be a hands-on class, where students will learn programming concepts by creating a variety of programs.
