CRJ 202 — Introduction to Emergency Management
(3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop 3 Hrs./Wk. (3 Hrs. Lecture) *1 5 wks. This course offers a contemporary analysis of US emergency management principles. This course focuses on an introduction to FEMA’s National Preparedness System, Whole Community Approach and Preparedness Cycle concepts. Emergency management principles and best practices will be used to analyze state and federal responses to recent disasters, applying the foundational principles to real world events.
