CRJ 247 — Emotional Dynamics and Resilience in Policing

This course explores the psychological, emotional, and social factors that influence law enforcement work, including group behavior, criminal conduct, danger, and public interaction. Students will examine key challenges officers face and develop strategies for resilience, professionalism, and effective communication.
