GRC 204 — Vector Illustration II

(3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop) 3 Hrs./Wk. (3 Hrs. Lecture) *1 5 wks. In this advanced course, students will enhance their skills using Adobe Illustrator to create vector graphics. Students will apply the principles of typography, color theory and digital illustration to the solution of advanced design problems, including identity design. In class critiques, discussion and analysis of work submitted will lead to sound design practices. Students will be expected to complete assignments in a hands-on, lab environment and in independent, outside of class, assignments.
