BIOL 2715 - Biotechnology II BIOL 2715 - Biotechnology II 4 credit hour(s) This course will reinforce and build upon techniques learned in Biotechnology I. Techniques include DNA isolation and quantification, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, recombinant DNA technology, cloning, DNA sequencing, site-directed mutagenesis, tissue culture, and basic bioinformatics skills.
