This course provides support for students studying healthcare administration practices while integrating reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and civics education. opics include communication practices in medical office setting and medical office vocabulary. Upon completion, students should be able properly communicate in a medical office setting and properly use and pronounce industry specific vocabulary.
