ENGL 2230 — Intro to Shakespeare
This course is a study of selected plays, poems, and sonnets of Shakespeare, with concentration upon tragedies, comedies, and historical plays. While studying the plays and other writings as works of literature, the student is encouraged to consider them in the context of the times and audiences for which they were written.
