LEAD 3060 — Leading From The Middle
This advanced level course addresses the post-pandemic role of mid-level leadership. The student will develop extended theoretical knowledge in the differences between leading and managing while looking at what is involved with being a leader from a mid-level position. The student will examine leadership styles best suited to mid-level positions, critique strategic thinking in making decisions, analyze the roles of accountability and growth mindset in mid-level leadership, and examine personal traits that can strengthen and weaken leadership.
