LEAD 4395 — Leadership Capstone
This capstone course offers the student an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and critical thinking skills in the field of leadership. The student will develop a theoretical project that is centered around a complex and real-life problem related to organizational leadership and present their final project to their peers.
