LIBS 1020 — Information Literacy II

This course is intended to build academic information literacy skills for effective library research, academic writing, and citation. The student will learn to identify the difference between qualitative and quantitative research, build academic queries, and summarize and organize information. The student will practice search strategies using library catalogs, databases, and web search engines. (.5 lect.)
