ORGL 4025 — Nonprofit Program Development and Evaluation
In this course, the student will create a nonprofit organizational plan. The plan will include major elements of nonprofit programs such as needs assessment, marketing and communications, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising, volunteer performance, and assembling a team from staff to board members.
