ORTM 4300 — Conservation Planning for Tourism & Recreation

Operations and management are critical aspects of the successful delivery of quality recreation and tourism experiences. The student will evaluate environmental stewardship challenges and potential solutions with the integration of operations and management. The student will develop an understanding of functions that are critical to operational leadership, such as revenue management (budgeting, cost controls, profit centers), and human capital management. (3 lect.)
