WELD 1760 — Advanced Shielded Metal Arc Welding
This course provides training in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) to develop the skills necessary to produce high quality welds on carbon steel. Topics of study include; Safety in the Welding Industry, Electrode Specification and Classification, Multiple Pass Fillet Welds, V-Grooves with Backing and Open V-Groves in all positions.
