WELD 2680 — Welding Metallurgy
This course introduces the student to the effects of welding and heat treating on carbon steel. The student will assess the chemical, mechanical and physical properties of carbon steel and the importance of controlling all three properties while making a quality weld. Prerequisite: Completion of , , and WELD 1750. (3 Lect.)
