NUR 410 — Population-Based Community Healthcare: Theory and Concepts 4 Credits. 3 Lecture Hours. 3 Lab Hours

A course on theory and concepts of community health nursing, with emphasis on social determinants of health. Topics include: the effect of social determinants on health, wellness, and disease management in a community; and strategies for working with special populations.
