PBT 180 — Phlebotomy Practicum 2 Credits. 1 Lecture Hour. 8 Lab Hours
A 5-week clinical practicum course that enables students to collect phlebotomy specimens from patients in a healthcare setting. Students complete a minimum of 100 hours of applied experiences and 100 unaided collections, and participate in a seminar to discuss their experiences and prepare for the ASCP Certification Examination. Students must successfully complete PBT 100 before progressing into PBT 180 . Prerequisites: PBT 100 View Sections
