ASTROMY 203 — The Solar System
A laboratory course that investigates the solar system and the tools used to explore it. Topics include planetary motion, electromagnetic radiation, the formation of the solar system, the physical natures of planets, moons, asteroids, and comets, and discoveries of extrasolar planets. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course.
