AVIATN 204 — Airframe Assembly and Inspection
This course provides instruction on how to assemble, rig, and verify proper alignment of fixed and movable portions of fixed wing and rotor-wing aircraft. Students learn to conduct conformity inspections of aircraft, including required research and maintenance record entries. At the end of the class, students will be able to apply this knowledge, complete assembly, and rigging on the aircraft structure, control cable construction and maintenance, flight controls, aircraft stability and control surface balances and then log the maintenance record entry.
