Paraprofessional training for individuals with lived experience in mental health issues and/or substance use recovery to work with populations of the same to promote stability and long-term recovery. Knowledge and training in methods of engagement, process of recovery, and ethical concerns. Utilization of concepts from the l-Best model to develop basic skills.
