Introduction to Plant Science Lecture & Lab – 4 Credits This is an introductory course for understanding plant science. Basic biological, chemical, and physical principles of various plants are covered. The focus of this course is on plants/crops used in agriculture productions of food and fiber as well as pasture and range plants. Plant taxonomy and soil properties will also be discussed.
