Torts, Practice and Procedure – 3 Credits The theory and practical applications of the law of torts will be reviewed. Students learn about torts through a study of the elements of the different causes of action. The funda - mentals of complaint drafting, investigation, and discovery are addressed so students are able to take an active role in planning and developing a lawsuit.
