Legal Writing, Terminology, and Research I – 3 Credits Prerequisites: LEST 102 and ENGL 1110 or consent of instructor The student will develop a working vocabulary of legal termi- nology and will be introduced to basic legal research. The student will learn to analyze cases and write legal abstracts, and memoranda.
