Law Office Practice and Procedures – 3 Credits This course presents the fundamentals of law office management and organization including basic principles and structure of management, administrative and substan - tive systems in the law office and law practice technology. Students will become familiar with ethical guidelines and responsibilities of lawyers and non-lawyers including the ethical considerations that arise within the management of a law office.
