Care of Patients with Chronic Conditions – 4 Credits Prerequisites: Admission into the nursing program. Successful completion of all Level One nursing courses: NMNC 1110, NMNC 1135, NMNC 1220, NMNC 1210, NMNC 1235, and NMNC 1230 and concurrent enrollment in NMNC 2320 and NMNC 2310. The focus of this course is to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care for patients with chronic conditions, across the lifespan in a variety of settings.
