Functional Anatomy and Kinesiology – 4 Credits Prerequisites: Admissions into the Physical Therapist Assistant program and concurrent enrollment in PTA 100, PTA 110, and PTA 120 courses. The structure and function of the musculoskeletal system will be covered with an emphasis on the mechanical aspect of human motion. Basic physical principles and the existing relationship with biomechanical principles will also be covered.
