An out -of-district student is defined as a resident of Texas residing outside the Bee County taxing district. To qualify for in-district tuition a student must have legally resided in Bee County for the 12-month period immediately preceding their initial enrollment at CBC. For questions on residency status, see the CBC website at Residency Information Installment Plan An installment payment play is available to all students at the time of initial registration. The plan, which is administered by TouchNet, is only available online via Cougar Den/ Student Self Service/Student Finance and requires the use of a bank account number or a credit card. There is a $25 fee for this service.
