HUMA 106 — Introduction to Modern Humanities
This course is an introduction to the humanities through a review of some of the major developments in human culture from the Renaissance to today. It analyzes how modern societies express their ideas through art, literature, music, religion and philosophy. Humanities 101 is not a prerequisite for this course. The purpose of this course is to provide students with opportunities to develop critical durable skills that will enable them to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing working environment and world.
