MANT 165 — Lean Manufacturing
Students will learn about lean manufacturing from concepts to practice and implementation. Some topics to cover include setup reduction, Value Stream mapping, 5S, and an introduction to Six Sigma. Students will discover Lean Manufacturing through lectures, readings, and projects.
