NURP 124 — Adult Health I

This course introduces nursing care of adults with acute and chronic health conditions. Students use the nursing process and the Clinical Judgment Model to prioritize care, implement interventions, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Emphasis is placed on patient-centered care, safety, and the application of evidence-based practice in common medical-surgical conditions.

Prerequisites: NURP 104, NURP 105, NURP 117, NURP 140
