Emphasizes growth and development, safety, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each developmental stage. Focus includes health promotion, immunizations, nutrition, and the management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions. Students develop skills in communication, family-centered care, and advocacy to support positive health outcomes in diverse pediatric populations. Simulation and clinical experiences promote clinical judgment and age-appropriate nursing practice.
